Posting a job and applying to a job are free. No refund is needed for those actions.
Paid contact views
A paid contact view unlocks the applicable candidate profile and messaging access for the employer. The unlock is intended to be permanent for that employer and candidate, including when the candidate applies to another job from the same employer.
If a contact goes unanswered or there is a serious issue with the transaction, contact support with the job, candidate, payment, and dates involved. We will review the circumstances and may issue a refund at our discretion.
Boosts and other paid features
Boosts and future paid features are fulfilled as described at checkout. If a technical problem prevents delivery, contact support promptly so we can investigate and determine an appropriate remedy.
How to request help
Email support@findjobsnearby.com with your account email, transaction details, and a description of the issue. Do not include passwords or payment card numbers. We may ask for additional information to verify the request.
